Pocket Spring Construction

Standard Pocket Spring is an innerspring thechnology where all springs are separately packed in non-woven material - spunbond (it is widely used in textile, medical and other industries for manufacture of diapers, surgery equipment, etc.). The pocket isclosed by means of ultrasound and it forms a spring sleeve - along or along the width of the mattress. After that, sleeve by sleeve, they are glued together under pressure. This allows them to move independently in the spring pack thus guaranteeing softness and total comfort of the mattress.
